Posting this for a Builder I know on Vancouver Island who is looking to sell a near new Retrotec 5000 and DM32 Blower door setup.  It was bought with the idea of having an on-staff energy modeller but that person has since moved on.  The set has only been used 2-3 times.

It was purchased new for ~$7500 and includes extras like smaller range plugs.  Please see the attached photo of the gear.
