Hi There, l recently updated my password and proceeded to upload a file two things were clear to me right from the outset:

1. It only allow me to run simulations in general mode 

2. when l tried to export the file into a pdf it was a blacked out page

3. l made all the adjustments as prompted from the excel file so l am pretty confused as to why this did not work do we need permission to go beyond the general mode as there was some language regarding permission and if so what is the best contact aidan's email bounced back to me 

4. l have a time sensitive f 280 where l am hoping to grandfather in the original H2k in order to satisfy requirement that the audit was done before the installation.

Dion, you have to be an REA in order to use more than General mode, and you should have taken the whole house training to complete an F280 whole home/block load. You should be able to email Aidan, although he is away on vacation for about a week right now I think. Slack is another way to get a hold of him.
