Hello CACEA EA's, I'm hoping to crowd source an answer on the provincial adoption of NBC 2020 across Canada. Those of you outside of Ontario what has your province adopted in terms of NBC 2020? I'm taken my best guesses based on what I've heard over that last little while but still hoping to confirm with EA's that are working in this field.

British Colombia – NBC 9.36 + BC Step Code 4 – TIER 3

Alberta– NBC 9.36 – TIER 1

Saskatchewan– NBC 9.36 – TIER 2

Manitoba – NBC 9.36 – TIER 1

Ontario – Ontario energy code SB-12 – 70% HARMONIZED, but not 9.36

Quebec – Quebec energy code (modified NBC 2015)

New Brunswick– NBC 9.36

PEI– NBC 9.36 – TIER 1

Nova Scotia – NBC 9.36 – TIER 1

Newfoundland (organized municipalities) – NBC 9.36 – TIER 1

Yukon, NWT – NBC 9.36 – TIERS 1-5
