    NRCan only responds quickly to you Cindy... here in NB we wait for weeks for a response... 8) 

    I was asking hoping that someone on the forum here would have already gone about doing this.  I believe the SO has to request the Portal Activation for an EAs number.

    Can you get more information on what exactly the EA is looking for, multiple accounts? All users in the portal only get one GCkey, but sometimes they have multiple profiles for the various SOs they work with.

     

    It might be easier if the EA just sent us a message directly to this address: eam-mcee@nrcan-rncan.gc.ca
