Reaching out to the community in regards to As-Built and the Lunos e2 HRV.  The issue is that to reflect normal operating conditions, the Lunos e2 units, having no dampers which can be closed, they are essentially daylighted and have a significant negative effect on the final BDT.

    Any thoughts, experiences and insights?

Hello, we did at least one house. I don't recall any concerns but I would have to check with the field tech that did the door and get back to you.  There are supposed to be air tight units (although no dampers).  If you are interested here is the sales rep:

    Thanks Angela,

I have seen a number of Lunos e2 units, but on this particular project, there was 4 within a relatively small building.  Decided to retest out of curiosity, and the difference was over 0.5 ACH.

Because of the difference, I thought best to reach out for other's experiences.

Are there any through the wall HRV/ERV units that are HVI certified? These units seem really practical for tiny homes so save space and reduce bulkheads but they are not HVI certified making them ineligible for EnergyStar and CHBA NetZero.
