Most of the EA's on this forum probably know this already but I wanted to share what I learned this week. 

Save time creating your RUR Comments by creating a 'Template' h2k file. Copy and paste all possible RUR comments into one file, save that file, and start all your h2k models with that file. Report comments only show up in the report if you add an upgrade in the file, so you just need to make sure to edit the comments for each upgrade are correct. The other ones will not be shown. Or you can delete the ones you don't need. 

Second tip, make sure to choose your Program Mode before you add any RUR comments. Changing this mode will delete all the comments and you'll have to copy and paste them in again!
