Hi All!

It seems 2 of our team members have a challenge with the "saving" button in H2K V10. It seems that sometimes, when they click the button, the file exits or closes, deleting all the information that was entered. We have no reverted to using "CTRL" S" rather than tis button. has anyone else encountered this?

I have not but I do know that with earlier versions, it was important to have the version on your hard drive (not running off a server) and then ensuring the weather library is the new one.  I found that if you are opening older files like v11.9 you have to open in 11.10 and then change the weather to v11.10 (2020?) and then save.  Otherwise it gets confused and when you open it again it comes up with nothing changed and still in old version.
