CACEA members Kent Pearson and Jack Zhou MEA will take EAs through the National Building Code 9.36 Energy Efficiency Compliance requirements using a series of informative and easy to understand modules*. The course is designed to improve your competency in the interpretation and enforcement of this part of the NBC. Special focus will be paid to how all the parts of the building code come together and what an EA should know when getting into code compliance documentation.
Once complete, you will be able to apply this knowledge to:
*The training will reference content developed, and licensed to CACEA, by the Alliance of Canadian Building Officials (ACBOA). It was designed to be used by building officials, designers, contractors, EAs and anyone interested in knowing more about the NBC9.36.
This training is open to members and non-members.
